Kent became a professional realtor in 2005 when he teamed up with his wife Laura, a seasoned top producing broker for the company. The combination of their skills and knowledge truly complement each other and make for a most dynamic real estate team, evidenced by the volume of real estate transactions they are involved in together and the testimonials of their hundreds of buyers and sellers.

A native Californian, Kent was born in North Beach, San Francisco. He grew up in South San Francisco and lived and worked throughout the greater Bay Area, migrating west to Santa Cruz for  several years. He has resided in the Monterey Bay area since 1973. He is an avid golfer and has been a surfer for more than 40 years.

Real estate is a second career for Kent, after he spent the last 30+ years in the construction industry. Kent has been involved in all phases of construction including underground utilities, commercial ventures, custom home building and development of raw land and acreage.

Because of Kent's many years of construction industry experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the real estate industry. His philosophy in helping buyers and sellers is simple.
