Long-Term Rental Process

Once you have found the home you love, the rest is simple.

1. Download, fill out  and return Carmel Realty Company's  rental application. Submit $25 application processing fee.  You can drop it by or fax it back to our offices at : 831-624-7338. 
2. Once application is approved, sign lease and pay the first month's rent, plus security deposit.
3. Arrange move-in.
